Novi-based Water Treatment Companies Get Funding to Expand Market, Services
Novi-based Hamlett Engineering Sales Co. and Lipp American Tank Systems, known collectively as the company, are service providers and process equipment distributors to the municipal water and large waste producer market, have acquired funding from Cincinnati-based Brixey & Meyer Capital.
This investment positions both companies, jointly owned by Kevin Livingston and Glenn Hummel, to be able to expand into adjacent markets and broaden their service and product capabilities. Livingston and Hummel who will continue to lead the company and remain as owners. Financial details were not released.
Hamlett and Lipp engage with clients supported by both products and field service capabilities. The service organization, led by industry experts, provides installation, repair, calibration, preventative maintenance, and metering services throughout the lifecycle of water facilities.
