Dick's Sporting Goods House of Sport

The former Sears location at Twelve Oaks Mall is set for an exciting transformation, with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Primark, and Round One Bowling & Arcade moving in. Dick’s Sporting Goods will occupy the lower level of the former Sears store and plans to enhance the space with unique features such as a climbing wall and multiple golf simulator bays.

In addition to the indoor upgrades, Dick’s Sporting Goods has submitted a request for a Special Land Use Permit covering approximately 17.79 acres east of Novi Road and south of Twelve Mile Road. As part of this proposal, the company aims to build an outdoor track and field area adjacent to the building, further expanding its recreational offerings.
