Project Manager - Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities:
- Assume a leadership role on projects of moderate to high complexity and size with limited supervision
- Work on complex tasks, lead teams, and manage multiple projects to completion
- Complete and manage project scope, update project documentation, and ensure on-time delivery of tasks and milestones
- Collect and analyze process data to recommend and implement business practices and procedures focused on safety, productivity, cost reduction, and profitability
- Identify metrics to measure project results, track and report metrics, and take corrective actions to improve outcomes
- Integrate projects with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management or equivalent years of experience
- 3 or more years of professional experience
- Ability to travel to different branch locations on a daily basis, with up to 25% overnight travel required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Lean 6 Sigma or similar Certification and/or Qualifications preferred
