Begins Friday, May 10, 2013 Venture Forward program begins May 10 in Waterford

Venture Forward is an intensive 11 week program designed for owners, CEO's and top management team members held in Waterford starting May 10. Applicants and their businesses must have at least two years experience or operation, revenue of more than $100,000 and a minimum of two full-time employees. Focus is on issues most important to business health and growth.

Attendees learn to make critical business and strategy decisions, investigate next-stage growth and opportunity, plan for strategic growth, build and maintain a competitive advantage and maximize cash flow for profitability.
